lwb...you are amazing! I completely agree with the people that said the way you have handled things with your X shows your character and maturity. Putting the kids first is the number one thing in all of this and that's what you're doing. Absolutely amazing! I give you many kudos!!! And seriously chicki! The judge asked your X if he was ok with you changing your name back!? Really?! Wow! I grew up in FL! Panhandle. I'm in MI now, it's also a no fault state. But fault comes into play in custody and property issues. Luckily, I'm not the one who has to deal with that...and currently, he's not at all concerned with it either. Yet... :-D
