Wife is having an Affair with another woman

So what am I suppose to do,there are small signs she coming around but only after she realized she might be loosing me she still is very firm on that she is not coming home and is done with the other woman and needs time.
This must be one of the hardest decissions I have to make in life.I dont want to be the option I want to be the priority!!!
