There is a website for the product at www.avlimil.com. A google search on "avlimil" turns up a zillion responses, ranging from glowing testimonials to denunciations of the manufacturer. From the product home, there is a link to the original clinical study, seems not too bad for design but only involved about fifty women. I don't know if this helps or not, but good luck!
