Remember the only ride that you take is the one you buy the ticket for. It is the same with pretty much anything. It is all about the decisions you decide to make.
I read the book many years ago and it still struck with me. The movie was ok, as usual not as good as the book.
It is good to be the laughing idiot that people stare at. Much better then and angry and sad LIS that is self-concious and worried about the future. Hang in there.
