Thanks. Yesterday was an emotional blow. I thought I would get options. Instead they only had one program and with the bills ex is supposed to be paying thrown in, I couldn't do it. I put those in because my name is on them. I am going to try to speak with an attorney and see what options if any others that he/she can suggest to protect myself.

It is a new day. A clean sheet of paper and I can edit as necessary.

I try and that is all I can do right now. There are certainly moments where I don't feel so confident or cheerful. I just have to remember to take one day at a time... oh yeah and to breathe.

Quick update: tried to contact a L that a friend used to work for(so did ex so many years ago) and found out that he couldn't help me since it would be a conflict of interest!! I do have an appt. with a L, Monday night. They give a free consultation and even will do evening hours. Only drawback is that I have to drive to Lawrence. Oh well.
