I just had a humorous run in with the Plant Lady. We were both turning into the same hallway but from different directions. We both stopped and I said "you first" and she said "no, you first" and we were dancing back and forth trying to be the politest! Finally, I said "Hey, I think we're having our first dance" We both actually had a good laugh at that and moved on. Wow, she can actually laugh! I'm gonna check and make sure my wallet is still in my pocket.
