I'm too jaded I guess to offer an impartial opinion, just trying to do some thinking for you regarding what is the next step after you agree on a settlement. You made some R talk with W and if she is pressing for settlement you know that coupled with the fog isn't going to save anything. Cheeseles tunnel there for sure.
