Good luck. Sucks that f*ckt*rd is so blinded right now that he is willing to take down you and his children along with him. How he can see this is the appropriate course of action is beyond me. I really hope you can come up with a solution that protects you from his irresponsibility.

While I was pulling one of my statements, I saw that he hasn't paid one of the bills in his name either. This is definitely what he is planning...bankruptcy. I think you have to be a few months behind before you can file. I know we didn't always see eye to eye on finances but this is just ludicrous. He is so thick in the fog that he can't see that he is hurting the kids.
When they need help with college, he won't be able to do it because his credit is blown. He is getting some bad advice, probably coming from skank because they don't have any money to do anything. sick

Kat I'm sorry to see that his poor financial decisions are hurting you and the kids. Hopefully the credit counselors have a solution that will protect you from his continued idiocy. My prayers are with you.

I wish all the good wishes could have followed me. She said my bills would actually go higher than I am paying now and I just don't make enough to do their plan. I guess it is the dreaded B for me courtesy of my ex. I can't quite wrap my fingers around it. The divorce is done, I was doing pretty well dealing with that.
Now I am going to take a course I don't want to take. I just don't know what to do. It feels so irresponsible. I just have too much debt and without him pulling his portion there isn't much hope for me to keep caught up on my own.
I have to absorb this thought.
