Crying is good.. releasing emotion, relief, easing of the constant stress you've been under.
Double check with your doc about the meds. Give him a call. You want to be in the best place possible now as you make all these decisions (and what great work you're doing!).
Eat the right foods, get enough rest, exercise and prayer. Like the ancients said... Take care of the mind, body and soul.
