Oh Donna... and you consider yourself a true American? You can't possibly believe that watching football is the same thing as kids and their petty TV addictions! What would Obama say? Tsk tsk As for Christian bookstores, our only Christian bookstore chain recently declared bankruptcy. We're praying for a second coming though!
A lot of things just start out with two people of like mind. A major factor that got me through the early years were people being inserted into my life at just the right time. So you may indeed may be able to help someone else out. Don't end with the terminal bookstore, spread the information around to other churchs in the area that you two are starting up a group. A local church started up a group that way years ago and now have 100's being helped through a structured course and mentoring. As odd as it would seem on the topic, I had two people at work today just open up to me knowing a little bit about my past and the problems they are going through today. My turn to "Woody Hayes" and pay forward for all the people that have been inserted into my life at the right time. I didn't enjoy hearing what they were going through, but afterwards, I felt great I helped someone else through this. DF, I was up your way last week in a 'burb of Hartford. Thought I'd be there in time to see bald trees, but turned out to be a nice surprise with the fall foliage. I've not been up that way in 30 some years. Lovely, although the locals I encountered can't drive for ... Made me want to hide in the hotel. Wii, hang in there, it gets much better.

Maybe if they re-designed their bookstore into a new business they would stay in business. I'm thinking the new store should include a full coffee and pastry shop inside - for some reason I have a feeling it will do much better. Oh, and throw in a nice lounging area in their for bible study - that would make me wanna go there all the time!

Or what about a monthly meet and greet with Jesus at the store. If he can't make it maybe Obama can stand in for him. The ideas are just limitless....unfortunately!
Well, I saw the shrink today and we went through all the sizzling details of my bachelor life. Yes, talk about excitement! Whew. At one point she asked me about Plant Lady and I updated her on how PL is continuing her snubbing campaign and shrink's comment was "Oh well, you don't want to spend time with a social retard anyway" Hmm, now that's expert analysis at its finest. I can't pay her enough! So, it's time to top up on the old codeine cough medicine. Later dbers.
Don't forget your muscinex (I think it is the BEST thing they ever came up with!!)
You still pushing it with the pnuemonia?
Muscinex, is that the cereal with almonds and raisins? Mmmm. Pnuemonia seems to have gone and unfortunately so has my cough medicine. I guess it's back to the real world for me!
Wii, we are finished with discussing the #12 on scale of #10 Laotion on the board. So I refuse to mention we were out and about last night with the guys in the club slobbering on their dribble bibs and the very nice looking ladies approaching me (I want what she has) mentality. Oh, I (we) had fun! If I was going to mention it, but I'm not.
