My L said he should have whatever he wants out of the house in 30 days and mentioned that all ex wanted was his baseball cards.

Sounds reasonable. Have you talked to your XH to see if that's all he wants. Then you could give him the option of picking them up in the next month or you could offer to get rid of them? Anything he doesn't pick up in the month, seems fair game to sell definitely. Ebay or a local comic book shop or something? Karen
