OK I feel calmer now. Just needed to see my daughter, get home, and cook a nice hot meal for us so I can get a sense of normalcy again.

Made some spicy chicken stir fry in olive oil and my own augratin potatoes. Daughter loves it! Score one for superdad! ;\)
