It really depends on the attorney. I don't work much in the family law aspect, but in commercial litigation, and I find that the Plaintiff's attorney is usually the ones dragging their feet. It can be because they are so busy they just forget.

Hi trapt, I don't think you'll be able to get a choo choo train anymore. This board has been revamped a couple times and the last time if you were quick enough you could choo choo choose an avatar and put it in your profile. Can't do that anymore for whatever reason, and if you do have one I'm not sure you can even get rid of it.
Tantrums don't do any good here either!
