I like the fact that your daily goals are positively expresssed. Ex: I will..... This is a good way to help retrain your thoughts into always looking positively into the future. It really is all about attitude. You own attitude. As I grow, I find I do not hold any anger towards EX for leaving. I just think it's sad that she has sunk so low and her life is in such shambles.
Well, keep your head up and keep those daily goals>

TD,
I appreciate your thoughts. The ironic thing is before I Med exW, I was very well trained in my thoughts and attitude. I was always doing my best to filter out the junk.
My exW was a negative, cynical and pessimistic person. She thought reading any "Self Help" books was a waste of time.
Over time, I let her attitude overtake mine. I became like her. I honestly became fearful as well. As a Christian, I believe that fear came from Satan. When we are fearful, we cannot be effective in ANY areas of our life. We are focused on the fear. Satan has us paralyzed.
With all of that written, I in NO WAY blame her for my attitude "shift." I, alone, was responsible for that. I allowed that to happen.
Just for today, I will focus on what God has blessed me with...
Go with God,
RMG
