Update...

Well, today was the start of the new round in this epic struggle between good and evil (ok enough of the cliches).

A quick update for now:
- contacted omw again (e-mail for now to see if wants to hear from me again). Next will be by phone if she wants to chat.

- got another bs letter from her lawyer

- will respond with a very factual letter addressing her points (my L has already drafted). Still not totally on the offensive.

And the work day isn't even over.
