Thanks whatdid, you provide such words of wisdom to sooo many. You have become the female version of puppy!! Even though I didn't save my marriage because truly the other party has to come around to trying, I still think I am a success story because I didn't fall apart when it ended and I can see a much happier future up ahead.

Now if I could just get my foot out of the cr@p it is stuck in at the moment, I would be off and running!!lol

I agree, Kat. That's why I think you are a strong lady. YOu did all the dbing you could. You did the right thing in trying to save your marraige. Even with all that, he chose a different path. Nothing you can do about that. You are divorced, healing, and growing. GOd has something else in store for you now. Wonder what it'll be?

Well I am going to credit counseling on Thursday. I want to get my options straight before I just jump. One L I talked to said that my ex needed an attitude adjustment and should be taken to court since he is in contempt, but the L that he referred me to says you can't get money that isn't there and all I could do is file a claim that certain debts should not get discharged.

No clear answers. I am trying to protect myself and my kids and that is all I can do. I will let you know what I find out.
