Well I am going to credit counseling on Thursday. I want to get my options straight before I just jump. One L I talked to said that my ex needed an attitude adjustment and should be taken to court since he is in contempt, but the L that he referred me to says you can't get money that isn't there and all I could do is file a claim that certain debts should not get discharged.

No clear answers. I am trying to protect myself and my kids and that is all I can do. I will let you know what I find out.
