Hi truelove thanks for your reply and I wish you a lovely weekend also.Just an quick update to say had no letters from his solicitor re the phonecall, had no news on the bank accounts, had reports that she is the main one up at our old home ripping it from together and sorting it ready for rent, apparently ex gets seen there now and again but doesnt stop and get involved, boy oh boy she really is the ruler in the marriage, and he probably cant stay and help as it reminds him what a horrible man he as been to his son. would think it extremely funny if he let her sort the house out for him and then him leave her to move back in, anything is possible in this game.
