So, I have a WAW. I've stopped telling her I love her, stopped touching her. We talk around the house and such. We're still sleeping in the same bed.

So what is considered chasing? If I did some small things around the house for her because she is my wife and I care about her, is that considered chasing? Would buying a rose or something small be considered chasing?

Can someone help me learn and define what chasing is so that I don't cross the line and make her think that I'm still chasing her?

Probably anything you would say or do that you wouldn't say or do to a friend you see sporadically. Anything that suggests you want a future or current relationship with your spouse

Discussing future holidays - house renovations - discussing R - having kids - the list goes on.
