Well my friends, I really need your prayers for my dad now. I just talked to my sister and they are not releasing him from the hospital. He has 2 conpletely blocked arteries in his heart and they want to do a double bypass on Sunday. My dad is very upset. They won't release him because of the high danger of a massive heart attack. They said that if he were to have a heart attack that would be it. I feel so helpless. They are still doing the surgery on his carodid tomorrow. To me this seems like too much to soon. They said that they need to get it done right away.
I can even think right now. Bless you all for being there.

Everything happens for a reason, maybe Dad needs to find that it isn't better out there, he needs to realize how good he had it here. Maybe he will find God and that is the most important thing when he finds Him he will know he is supposed to come home.

Another day of waiting today! I hate this. My dad is in surgery as we speak. He was really nervous because he is going to be awake during the surgery as they are working on his carodid. Monday is the double bypass. They are giving him a 2 day reprieve after this surgery.
My H asked me if I wanted to go back up to Colorado again. We discussed this and decided after talking to my mother and sister to wait and see how he does after today. We might go up after he is released from the hospital in a couple of weeks, if all goes well. I think I will be more of a help to my parents then.
