Remember.....whenever you talk to her about this stuff and she flips out....and she will.....tell her calmly that Tom is only doing what is best for his family and she is the one who wants the divorce. Whenever this stuff comes up between me and the W.....that is my standard answer!

BTW, FWIW I agree with Amy - plenty of time for paperwork. BUT if you and your L feel there is something strategic, filing is not the same as actually having things be completed. PDT can tell you about that - he filed and stayed his D proceedings twice.
there is time. But I tell you that the longer this goes on and the more ambivalent she becomes; I just feel like I want to walk. But then I read LE's post about his D and I cried. I don't want to experience my kids having to go through that. I think that's the bottom line.
