I agree I should have addressed her profanity and I will in the future. I'm not sure I'll be wanting to hang up on her as long as she's not complaining and blaming me. However, I do need to work on telling her I'm busy and need to go in order to not allow her to use me whenever it feels convenient for her to do so.
