Was going through an e-mail account I used before and found an e-mail from OMW from July that I had not responded to. I initially thought I should respond and drafted this:

Hello OMW.
First, I do apologize for not responding to your message. I have not been using this e-mail account much until recently. A number of e-mails were sitting there including yours.

How are things? I do not want to be presumptuous. If you would rather not have any further communication with me, simply send a message saying no reply.

You and I did briefly chat on July 17. You answered my late night phone call to your house at 11pm.
Hopefully you had a number of the questions that you had answered sometime after that call. If not, I can try to answer what questions you still have.

Anyway, again I apologize for the length of time in my responding. I do hope you are doing well.
