FWIW, I think you are doing an amazing job of DBing and turning it over to God. The fact that your H still has his head spinning in circles is not your fault.
How are things with your dog? Has your S settled down and become a normal person again now that his friend has been out of there for a while?

You could say that it is best to turn your back put your foot down, but then who's standards are you living by?
I have found it is best to do what's in your heart regardless of what the other person is doing.
We have to remember when a person is in crisis they are not rational. When someone is in deep depression they can be paralyzed to act they can also be paralyzed from doing the right thing when they know in their heart they are wrong.
This is where God must take over. One cannot make another do or think what we want them too. Let God work on your h.
It's up to the strong spouse to be supportive, loving, and kind.

There are so many links with regard to long suffering that one can very easily look up right here on the internet but on this particular link, scroll down the page until you see "long suffering"
And there are other sites as well. Or look in the back of your Bibles, and the word suffering is there.
I know the difference between Satan and God and I know that God provides us with an inner peace while the devil is great with mixed emotions, anger, being impatient, wanting to take total control, a smart mouth, etc.
Sure, the devil can and will tempt people each and everyday. And sometimes, those people, regardless if they are a Christian or not can get sucked in.
That is where faith and trust in Christ come in for those that have been sucked in. It may take awhile but if they pray, God hears them. Even having the faith of a mustard seed is something Christ has said via the Scriptures.

Hi there!!! I am glad to see you back in here I was so worried about you last week... but I guess you must of been working... I am so used to seeing you post in here everyday but I figured it was due to work.I hope your feet are getting better. Just an up date on my marriage... husband moved in his O/W with him. I guess I am in it for the long haul...I pray I can be as strong as you have been.
It has been years for you and you are still dealing and standing with God for healing.Just keep me in your prayera MWG.... I dont know... but I have this peace about it... like a burden has been lifted off of my shoulders...
On the day I found this out.I kept hearing in my heart "MY PLAN IS IN MOTION"... and this gave me such peace... I guess this kind of peace is the kind God speaks of that surpasses understanding.....

Yes, I have been busy with work. I am working all the way thru Saturday as well. And yes, my feet still hurt.
A movie star came in today and ate. Dennis Farina from Law and Order was in for lunch and he seemed like a really nice guy. He said he frequents the valley and would be back the next time he comes to town.
H was here tonight and will be coming over on Friday night as well. He is going to take D16 to a church function and also pick her up. S has to use my car to go to work that night.
H will also be going grocery shopping for me on Saturday since I have to work.
I told him I will probably need his help for Thanksgiving preparations since I will most likely have to work everyday leading up to Thanksgiving.
Other than that, I am okay, just achy feet.

I know lots of people in here say that you should not include your husband for the holidays....but "I know that I know" as Charlene says... he does belong with HIS family... everytime there is a holiday or whatever the occasion.....if you did not include him in your plans you know in your heart that you wished you would have... and besides where else better to be than with his REAL FAMILY.. You are doing awesome and exactly what God says for you to do...We need to keep being obedient to him...our spouses will be our spouses TILL DEATH DO US PART no matter what the circumstances are..no matter what a piece of paper says.... in Gods eyes we will always be the husbands or wives....
