I think it would be a good idea for you to expect her to have something in mind when she gets back. It has NOT been going according to her plan so far (poow babeee), and she's had this time away to think and scheme in consult with OM, no doubt.
I would expect a play, possibly on the legal front, but I'm doubting it because reality may be setting in there as to how weak their hand is. More likely an escalation of her "punishing" behavior, a ratcheting WAY up in order to try to make you SO miserable that you want to leave.
Remember, you may not want her at the moment, but this woman still knows you, I presume, more than anyone else on the planet?? Let me ask you a question: if YOU were in her shoes, and were going to try to attack you, how would you do it?
