Considering he is a 22 yr old who ran for the hills and appears to want all this to go away.....maybe you should just write one but hold off unless he re-appears. Unless Puppy thinks it should come from your wife....but doesn't that re-establish contact?? I'm no expert feel free to disregard my two cents!!!
