Wow sounds like your W decided to come back for the evening! Who knows what she is up to, I agree this seems weird. Thanks for propping me up today. I hope tomorrow is a better day for all of us!

She's being very friendly right now. I came home and she had lists for the kids so that they could clean before my Mom comes over Fri. night. She was cleaning her bathroom and doing laundry. So I'm joining in on the cleaning party while she's cooking dinner. This is REALLY weird. I don't know if she's been jolted into reality or is it just part of a scheme.

Pay no attention to her Tom. Pay no mind to what she is doing or why. The WAS will say and do things which at times give you hope. You must look at your sitch with no expectations or emotion. The things they do will put you on the coaster. It is your job to stay off the ride.

You continue to do for you and those kids. If your W happens to want to join you and be a mother/family then I say that's great. It's her choice..Keep your boundaries in place...a few days does not make a W or mother. a few token gestures does not mean she is back. It will take serious actions on her part and a desire by her to work with you to get things back on track.. and for her some serious IC.

Like I said..Hang in there,, document, boundaries in place..Be a good daddy for those kids..

Thanks, LE and M. No I'm guarded...because of yesterday. She just told me that she's feeling guilty for not pulling her slack around her. I thanked her for the help and dinner. She was even helping our S with his homework. She and the kids are watching The Great Pumpkin right now. Tomorrow she's getting the kids off to school so I can go in early. I've got to go to Owensboro tomorrow. Can you say BBQ?

Anyway still documenting and watching warily!

She's in IC and has been since May. Every other week and I think last week is the only one she's missed. My IC and hers work in the same practice. Mine talked about getting together. Maybe some MC in the works later. Who knows? We'll need it. If she ever wants to do R talk; that's where it's going to have to happen. I don't want to do it one on one.

You would be correct, sir. Moonlight it will be and I will be having burgoo. The W tells me it has mutton in it.

Then I hope that I don't have to drive back.

Yeah sheep BBQ seems a little weird. Go west and get a fish taco! That also is a little weird. A piece of fried fish in a tortilla. Your W might like it if she is requesting LJS! Are you still going to Cincinati this wknd?

Yup. It's always a nice little escape. Get to run wild with folks 10-15 years younger. I really need to stop that. I got about 1.5 years and I can retire from the Guard. So, I guess I'll stop it then. It does keep me young and builds camaraderie with my guys/gals. I have to watch it because, Yenko can probably attest to this, it's like Peyton Place out there man.

But there'll be no W, the kids will be with my mom, and I'll be free for a couple days.

Tom..hmmm..now personally I would love my hub to write ME a note thanking me for something I did..LOL..but I am not you or your wife \:\)

I think it would be a nice thing to do AS LONG as you don't have any expectation with the note..i.e. no reply, tomorrow she acts horrible, etc..that's what I've had to do with the love dare and somedays I do better than others \:\)

Hugs! Enjoy yourself..tho fish tacos and sheep BBQ sounds a little yucky to me..it could be the best thing every!! HOWEVER, if you want some real BBQ, come to NC and have some and make sure it's the western style not the eastern style..it rocks \:\)
