I will probably have to check with a L here in my area to figure out what to do. Like I said I don't want to keep feeding a hungry dog that just keeps eating. Then of course he threw out that I have until the end of November to get his name off the house. Well sorry but no one is going to refinance it with me only making 30,000. The mortgage is ca 98,000.

He is soooo far gone.
