Thanks for the concern. My H has made repeated remarks/threats of harming himself over the past year, but not toward me.

I've spoken with crisis lines and my C about this topic. It really seems to come down to his not facing his own issues.

I really believe that he is in a black, black depression, as to whether I am a big reason for his depression is a question that haunts me.

He seems bent on burning the house down with me in it. I'm just presently trying to keep from coming undone.

My love language is "words of affirmation" and "touch" so I've been torn to shreads by his latest barrage of cruel words.

Just trying to cope at the moment.
