Here's the deal though, I don't feel uncomfortable, however, I think xH does with me there. He encourages it, says he is fine with it. But I feel like he can't fully enjoy himself because he is tip toeing around me (letting me choose who I talk with, where I sit, etc). Make sense? I don't want him to lose contact with his own family, but the girls wouldn't be able to go to these things without me (meaning, because xH works most weekends). Also, I worry his family is uncomfortable but hiding it. Blecky.
You just be happy, outgoing and the nicest, most tactful person ever. Eventually everyone will losen up, relax, and find you irresistibly nice to be around and talk with, and wonder how could any guy let a fabulous woman like you go!
