Winnie, jack3B speaks the truth, that said i would offer up a couple of things.... there is NOTHING you can do to speed the process up
there is EVERYTHING you can do to stall his and YOUR journey thru this.
what helped me was not claiming "standing " or "not standing"...after saying both this helped me focus more on me.
i added a year to everything i thought about putting a time frame on.
