Just checking in. This may be my last weekend to get out on the bike and it reminded me that I hadn't touched base with you in a while.

Thanks for checking Woog. I am doing good today, but the two previous days were stressful. Some involving H, some work. He is in Europe now, so I get a little break. I'll post more details this weekend when I have energy.

Enjoy the ride. I'm guessing it is beautiful there. I am enjoying the fall colors here so much, but I fear it is near an end. Rumors of snowflakes this weekend.
