Wet Blanket Time!!! I would maintain the current 50/50 custody agreement you have going with the wife for awhile. It shows a defacto agreement that the kids like and have gotten used to. This way (worse case scenario) you can show a judge (if used) that this worked and any change would disrupt the kids. No child support would be given due to this 50/50. Without this she could ask for custody and most likely get it, with less visitation than you have now and you would have to provide child support. Don't fool yourself about custody....two pre teen girls!!!
The way she talked last night and the way she has consistently talked prior....it doesn't sound good for the homefront...at least for the near future. Time to take care of your kids and yourself.
