Doc,
Don't worry about your weight because Muscle, Especially man boob muscle weighs more than man boob fat.

Great job you are doing.
Ya know your W might start to feel more confident once she starts seeing improvement. Hope everyone is supporting her EFFORTS as I can't tell you how much it helps.

Woohoo Doc, you are at the top! I'm quite impressed! I loved the post about changing the weights, that was too funny! Good one!

Before you know it you'll have a "six pack"!

Hugs, Yoyo

OK Jak58.....

You owe me lady...

I did not feeling like going to the gym today but I made myself do it.

YOU’RE TURN...........

Tell me those of you that "work out"... I always thought it would get easier.......Many today it took all I had just to do the same routine that I did yesterday.....

It does get easier Doc.

It is so hard for me too. I have to litaerally force myself to do it. Everyone says though that after a few months it becomes habit then you feel funny ifyou don't do it.

Just think of the effect you are having on your W right now in that she has gone back to curves and with your verbal support of her wfforts may she continue with the upward spiral.

Great for you to force your self to go to the gym, think of better health.

We can kick each other virtually to keep us going.

I'll be working out when I get home.

I'm jumping on the workout bandwagon. I have been hit or miss working out since school started back for the kids. My goal is to run 10 miles/wk, 3-4 days and lift 3 days/week. I want to lose 4 inches off my waist, the rest will follow. To accomplish that I need to monitor the intake as well (sounds better than diet.) I am going to lift after work then do some yard work this evening, 4 mile jog in the morning.
Cheers
