No, we didn't buy the truck. I think it will be sitting on that lot for quite a while. My H and I were hoping that they would come down on it a whole lot more that they did. It is the end of the model year, and this is Michigan, afterall. A glut of new vehicles sitting around in a depressed economy you know. We giggled about it all the way home. The car salesman didn't even try all that hard. The finance manager came over and sat down with us and said, so.... you're NOT planning on taking this baby home tonight? It was all we could do not to laugh out loud. We'll see what happens. We know that we will end up with some sort of a payment, but it sure won't be anything like that.
Yes, the C word...it's a good thing that I had my duck suit on this morning. As soon as he said it, I actually had the vision that I was a teacher, and I had a 7 year old boy in front of me tyring to get sent to the principle's office. You poopy face!
Oh well.
Prior to this all starting this morning he had asked me to come to his job site today and check out the difficult digging job that he has been doing. I have a couple ofhours yet to decide if I am still going to go or not. He was so ridiclous this morning that I won't have any problem stoping by for a quick visit and even taking him a sandwitch since I know he has no lunch.

Most of us are about as happy as we make up our minds to be.
