Well played coach. Sounds good and glad you have some strucutre in place there to avoid possible future slippages (is that a word ?). Think those do's and don't might be something for others in piercing to maybe have, assuming their former WAS is on the same playing field and open to those suggestions as I guess they could be pressure they don't get want or feel comfortable with.
