What a whirlwind!!! I think I am still in a bit of shock that he is home so soon. I'm very happy though.
I picked him up last night at the airport and we went home, ML, went to sleep. Nothing too exciting here as he was exhausted from not getting sleep the night before and traveling all day across the country. ML is always nice though.
Today was a good day. We slept in a bit and then had to run around town and get him settled back in. We had lunch together. Watched a movie. ML again. Just kinda hung out. I just got home a little bit ago from taking him to the place he is staying so he could move his stuff back in there and go out with friends tonight.
Some very exciting things have happened though. Today was like all future talk, him saying things, me saying things. Wow!
1. He decided a couple of days ago that we are going to get a place together when we gets our finances settled! He is even going to tell his friend that he is not going to be able to move out with him.
2. We will share a room/bed in the new house. We are not going to do the seperate room thing we were originally talking about. We will just be married again!
3. He is going to find his wedding ring when he goes through his stuff tonight and start wearing it again!
4. A couple more ILYs exchanged.
5. Future talk including finances, children, moving to his next training session location together, future military plans, etc.
It was crazy! I am still processing it all.
All I can really say is that I am one happy camper!
I think it is pretty safe to say that this divorce has been BUSTED!!!
