Don't you dare!!! I was such a mess back then!!! Honestly, I feel like a different person now. I was so weak, wimpy, depressed. Yuck!!!

And of course if I had been here the first part of December, it would have been even worse. I joined here almost a month later!!!

Had email wars again with H. He's trying to use his inverted logic like why he didn't/can't afford for us to have heat, gas has gotten more expensive, utilities would be cheaper if I was renting (if we got a really tiny apt. maybe), and then he said twice to me how I just don't care about the $$!!!! WTH???? I realized I was running down cheeseless tunnels trying to explain to him that our electric has gone up also!!! Our bills aren't any cheaper b/c we've been using tiny space heaters, which btw are probably a huge fire hazard in 100 year old house!!!

I just said I do care, that's why we eat spaghetti, hot dogs, and hamburgers 3 of my least favorite foods, I've cut the utilities we use in half, and I'm looking for a part-time job even though I don't have the time to actually do that plus the other stuff I need to do!!!! I DID NOT put in about how he's had 3 or 4 vacations, eats out all the time (I never eat out!), hotel bills, pogo stick, etc, although I probably should have!!! And then I said, it's your decision if you want to fix the heater or not, just tell your L or my L you don't want to, and no hurt or hard feelings on my part. Then he emails back "well call for an estimate then". Karen

I think you would be better served if you just didn't get into e-mail wars with him. Let it go through the lawyers. I know that probably sounds awful to you but there really isn't any need for him to try to bully you into his point of view.

Yes, I am sure that will raise the L's bill but this is what he wanted , it is the cost of divorce.

Or just reply to him:

"I agree that this is all very difficult. Best to let our attornerys go thru ALL of our financial stuff, and work out something that's fair and agreeable to all concerned."

Those dinners out and gifts for OW and such aren't going to look too good in his disclosures.

What I'm saying is, this is all going to come out, and be WORKED out, anyway. There's no sense getting all upset about it, on the one hand, or fretting that he's somehow "getting away with something" on the other hand, Karen.

So she said she didn't need the paperwork I spent most of the day finding and putting together!!! I don't know whether I am sicker of the L or H right now--maybe both of them equally!!!
