But I did my work out and I decided to trick myself... You see I was doing 60 AB crunches and then went to 70... Well I found myself getting tired when I started counting 57,58,59,60 ect... And thinking to myself. "Man 70 seems so far away..."So now I have started just count to 10...as in 123454678910,12345678910(20)12345678910(30).. So now I am on number "9" not 59... I know it may sound dumb but I did do 100 ab crunches this morning... I also started stationary cycling. It's hard to real bike ride because of my leg. This machine has sensors on the handle bars that measure your heart rate and tells you how far you went and calories burned... I went 1.5 miles this morning and burned 38 calories.....so to celebrate I had some cookies when I got back to my desk...JUST KIDDING.
