Small update...

I think W has left - no communication. Not because I didn't want to, but because I had no idea when she was going. The person who is trying to paint herself as the primary caregiver is gonzo for 8 days... now I get to go get groceries so we can eat!!!

D11 called me from school to take her for lunch.
D16 called me at lunch to see if I could meet her because she was almost out of gas in her car.
S13 texted me asking about getting him a new hockey helmet.
And she has only been gone a few hours.

No session with the kids and a C as her L had requested. I went back to my L indicating I am fully in favour of C for the kids, but not at all in favour of that being hers or mine. Also said I was not informed of and therefore did not consent to the initial session they had. Apparently the C could be in some doo doo because of that. I also reminded him of the letter I gave W on Sept 15 where I expressed a huge concern as to how the k's were being affected.

I think my L has seen so much of this cr@p - his lack of panic is a great comfort to me.

Now time to figure out if it is time to play a little more hard ball. More of the "love must be tough" principles.

IF om is at the hockey game I think he will be at tonight, in the same city that W is in, it may be time to reconnect with OMW as well... That will also confirm the phone convo I heard on Sat night.

For now, I will go enjoy my time alone with my K's!
