Well, locked my own thread.

I think things might be more complicated if he wasn't leaving the country for a year. But since HG is currently prepping to go, there is no real race as far as that is concerned. HG is quite a looker with the bluest eyes like ever,

Regardless of HG, it's more a matter of H's actions whether he's in the race at all or not. We shall see what happens with that lol.

I got my reservation for AZ. Leaving on the second, coming back on the 12th!

Small update: chatted a bit with H on IM. Nothing big, just chit chat initiated by him.

I understand about the small town thing. Not where I currently live, but where they live at any rate, I always had to wonder if I'd see one/both of them. Stressful.

Don't let it slow you down though. I think the dread you are feeling over the possibility would probably be worse than the actual experience. Since it seems to be very situation oriented, I'm not personally sure meds would help, but of course your doctor would know far better than I.

Frankly, what do you have to be anxious about? That he'll see you out alone? With your new guy? Looking happy and relaxed? That you are moving into your own place, really doing something with your life? If anything, he should be jealous! LOL.
