I started yoga every Wednesday a few weeks ago. I LOVE IT!!!
Also, I got a sassy haircut and pedicure.
Due to family emergency, I had to postpone my big birthday bash party last month, so I'm trying to find a date to reschedule (milestone birthday, had been planning the party for several months...)
Next move: a tattoo!

Goldy

I did the Tat also and I want another one.

Good for you to plan a Milestone B-day party.
Great for the PMA.

Doc,
Funny, changing the weight on the machine. I wonder if she looked at it.

I park out in the back too unless it rains which today is so dismal.

WElllllllllllll..

I went and the "other Woman" was not there.... \:\(

But I did my work out and I decided to trick myself... You see I was doing 60 AB crunches and then went to 70... Well I found myself getting tired when I started counting 57,58,59,60 ect...
And thinking to myself. "Man 70 seems so far away..."So now I have started just count to 10...as in 123454678910,12345678910(20)12345678910(30).. So now I am on number "9" not 59... I know it may sound dumb but I did do 100 ab crunches this morning...
I also started stationary cycling. It's hard to real bike ride because of my leg. This machine has sensors on the handle bars that measure your heart rate and tells you how far you went and calories burned... I went 1.5 miles this morning and burned 38 calories.....so to celebrate I had some cookies when I got back to my desk...JUST KIDDING.

Doc,

To bad the other woman wasn't there you could have raised the weight to Two hundred and really impressed her.

It's a mind game the counting it does seem easier when you look at it in those terms. 100 WOW. Bet your sore tomorrow. ;\)

Great for the stationary bike, you seem to overcome many obsticles with one leg.

Jak58,

this is not really R talk but it is kind of. SInce I have started going to the gym. I have told W some of the things I am doing.. Well Yesterday SHE started going back to her gym (Curves). This was a money expence that we really could not afford but I figured if it made her feel good then it was ok. the problem is she has not gone in over a month. Then yesterday and agian today she went...........
