I think it means having them done in glitter polish. Kind of looks like a french manicure but with glitter (and possibly a design) on just the nail tips rather than plain white. Is that right, Corey?
Its a glitter gell that they put on and you have to put them under this light a couple of different times. Anyway, they turn out really sparkly and shiny and last for 6-8 weeks. I got black & purple (for Halloween). I also got my claws done and the tips are orange with a white stripe and on the middle of each hand I have a spider and web.
