glam, Thanks for stopping by and supporting. Yep, I am avoiding my neighbor big time. Don't even drive past his house! I take a longer route just to avoid doing that..

BTW, you'll be happy to know I saw Fireproof yesterday. Very good movie. I think I will get the DVD when it comes out. I wasn't strong enough to see it by myself and a very swet lady offered to go see it with me.

No news yet from my H. He's probably still fighting his cold. I will send him a well-wishing email.

One thing I really like about you is that you so graciously take others' input, and are open to working on yourself. Good for you, glam.

Hi Dawn, Yes, what we're going through is certainly not something we would jump for joy over. I do think that I have learned and still am learning so much. I still ask God to show me what I need to change or do or stop doing in order for my M to be restored.

I am hanging in there. God is good. If you get a chance, I really recommend seeing Fireproof the movie. A story of hope!

My daughter saw the movie and was "changed for life." She actually went to a local bookstore and bought the book "Love Dare" for me. She wante to make sure I do the dare. It was very sweet of her. I haven't seen the movie but need to. Is it pretty hard to watch if you are in the middle of the D? I just hope she is not disappointed if our divorce still goes through.

It nearly brings tears to my eyes to read stories where the X/STBX is finally the one to seek us out. After so much giving, working hard on my "issues," always being the one who initiates, putting aside my feelings in an effort to not smother, its hard to imagine a day like you are describing. I don't know if I will ever be in a place where my STBX will come to me, pursue me, want me, love me like he used to. I am so glad for you. Relish in the pure joy of it.

Hi scrappy,

Glad to hear your daughter was so changed by the movie. I actually found it OK watching the movie, especially with a friend. It was actually encouraging to watch.

As for my H seeking me out, it's been over 2 years of standing. Not an easy journey. He threatened to file 2 weeks after the separation, and then the moving on speech 2 years later (almost 4 months ago).

I do know that I worked very hard, and still do with DBing. I would say though that without God's working as well, my M would not have come this far. I have been praying and standing for about 2 years as well.

I do hope you can go watch Fireproof and also use the Love Dare book. Remember we also need God to make it work out. You will know what I mean after you watch the movie.

Thanks PH for your kind words. I am glad you could watch the movie "Fireproof". I could barely get through it without crying like a baby.

I made me realize all that I am missing in the m.

You are doing so good standing PH. I really admire your tenacity.

Sorry I think my previous post showed up in the wrong place. Sorry for what was probably a confusing response!

glam, I cried watching Fireproof, but not as much as I thought I would. Thanks for your kind words. My H and God need me to be strong for my H so I stand. I guess it does become easier with time, and with trusting that God has a perfect plan and timing for my M.

Hi MWG, Thanks for checking in. It's nice to be checked in on. I am glad that things are going well with your H and the job, apart from the sore feet.
