Karen, I totally understand your hesitation on 'ratting' out your H with all his bad-doings. When xH did a few irresponsible things in the spring, I started making a list. I never had to use it, but I casually let him know I was 'keeping track'.
I would have hated to use it, and can't really verbalize why...
