Hi again. Just a note from supper. All sit down to eat. D11 starts talking about a pep rally at school. I am doing some active listening - something that W always said I didn't do (talking to a brick wall she called it). So once I do the old "mm hmm" and what does W do? She mimicks me!

I just about bust a gut. Then after I thought - know what, she noticed. Not dwelling on it. But it just is.

She is leaving for her vacation next week. I am looking forward to that in some ways.
