(((((Michelle)))))(((((Mishka)))))(((((Kalni)))))

The porch and patio look pretty good. The old grill, and the old wheelbarrow, have made the journey to the dump. (I'm not sure what was holding the grill together!) The windows are washed.

The fridge people called yesterday, they wanted to bring it Friday, S20 had a chat with them and told them they needed to bring it Thursday. He played the "I just got back from a deployment in Africa" card.

I've spayed some noxious chemicals as the first step in cleaning the bathroom. If I don't survive, please donate to the kids' college funds!

Well, not dead yet! Not done yet, either! But the sink/vanity area looks pretty good. Now the toilet..... that will be easy. Then the floor. Not so good. Then the shower....... uh-oh!

Well, yes, I can do it! But not tonight!

I got the toilet room done, including its floor. And I gave the bathroom floor a good sweeping, and rearranged some of the "stuff" that is in there. (Where the tub would be there are some shelves, holding some boxes. Some have Easter and Halloween decorations, some have books, some have who knows what. Anyway, they had started to encroach a bit, as those things tend to do!) I'll give the shower a good scrubbing while I am using it in the morning. Hopefully that will do it, if not, I'll hit it again tomorrow night. Then the floor, which is a least clear now, more of less.

I still have no idea where W intends to sleep. I may or may not find out tomorrow, depending on whether S20 has to work Thursday and Friday. If he does not, I think that he will take his GF up to Flagstaff until Friday, they will see the Grand Canyon, and then bring S19 and his GF down from school Friday evening. If he does work, then someone will go up Friday to get them. So, W may have til Friday to give up the info on where she is sleeping!

So just in case, have you washed/changed the bedding in your room? Just asking.....

Re. the bathroom, they make a MR. Clean Magic Eraser sponge thingy that I would be the spokewoman for if they let me! It is great at getting the grunge off the shower door/walls/floor. Our old house had a glass shower door which got filmy and nothing would get rid of it except the magic eraser. Also the floor of the shower was plastic and textured almost like the palm of your hand, lots of places for the soapy film stuff to settle in....The magic eraser lifted it off like a pencil eraser would and then you just had to wash out the little eraser-like debris...voila! Clean shower....(no I was not paid for my endorsement)

Hope the fridge comes tomorrow. Good job cleaning!!

Hey Jeff!
Sounds like you are doing stirling work, has she shown any signs of appreciation??

I reckon she will be sleeping in your room..what do you reckon !? Or maybe the coach... I agree with Bobbi, clean sheets and how abut a small vase of flowers on the bedside table !?? If she pokes her head in whilst shes making her mind up, it might persuade her! (ok and as Rob said, they might be serving ice cubes in hell). Things are slowly on the up thugh maybe?
