Why did you stop doing what the doctor recommended? If it was hurting you or not working then he should recommend something else.
Do you think your neighbour is a jerk or is he just flirting with you a little. Some guys have a tendency to push it a little far sometimes but we don't mean to be offensive. If you are really worried about him though, you could mention it to your H. He maybe suffering from a crisis but I doubt he would put up with it. He will probably have words with the guy. We like to do that
