A good day. W seems pretty calm, I think she is really happy to see S20. Not much news, other than he made it!
Tomorrow is another day. In theory some folks are showing up around noon to give us money and tale the tent trailer. I'm a rotten negotiator, so I think I accepted less that I might have gotten. W won't be happy about that, but if she wanted to sell it, she could have done it!
