Has a text conversation with H earlier this evening.

I told him that the kid moved out. H asked how S felt about that and I said I did not think he really had any feelings about it.
I also told H that S took me out to dinner and that we had not done something like that in ages and I did tell him that S & I really do get along.

I told S that the kid should have thanked H or I for allowing him to stay here. S said he did thank him and I said well, he should have thanked us adults for allowing it as I thought that was rude.

He moved in with his girlfriend who resides with her parents.
